Information for speakers

All speakers are kindly asked to provide us with their presentations prior to their talk in order to ensure a smooth transition between speakers in all sessions. All presentations in each session will be projected from a single laptop under Windows XP. For the plenary session a MAC will be available as well. If you prepared your slides on MAC-OS please check whether or not the fonts are transported correctly to the pdf by checking you file on one of the Windows-laptops at the conference desk.

We support the following file formats for your presentation:

  • Acrobat Portable Document Format (*.pdf)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint Format (*.ppt)
  • Open Office Presentation Format (*.odp)
The best and easiest way to submit your presentation is to make use of the INDICO system. Click on "My Contributions" on the navigation panel on the left. This gives you access to your talk and allows you to upload material for your presentation.

It is also possible to hand in your slides at the conference desk or sent them via email to

Plenary speakers are asked to submit their slides one day before the talk.
Parallel speakers are asked to submit their slides until noon of the day of the talk.
